Anna Selander

A performance and leadership geek with a passion for people, Anna Selander has held sought-after senior roles at some of Sweden’s most innovative companies. 

During the pandemic she was Head of Learning and Leadership at green battery manufacturer Northvolt, and she was recently hired as Vice CEO & Group People & Performance Director for Academic Work, one of Sweden’s largest recruiters for students and academics. 

Anna’s broad experience also includes designing and implementing career development tools at Klarna, consulting for H&M, and senior management and sales positions at Ericsson, which took her to the UK, Austria and Chile. 

Her personal motto is “hope is not a strategy”. Instead, she’s a firm believer in driving change and performance through targeted training, continuous feedback and company culture.
